Life and relationships can be complicated and at times we can find ourselves in a place
where we are unsure of how to proceed. I believe that you are the expert of your own story,
and there is hope and direction for your life. I offer a space to feel seen, heard and supported as we work collaboratively towards your goals. I work with a variety of presenting concerns from stress and life transitions to anxiety and trauma. I have additional training in trauma, grief and marital counselling.

As a marriage therapist, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of their relationships and to find fulfilment in their partnerships. Perhaps you are finding that when it comes to your relationships, it is difficult to share what you are feeling and be understood or perhaps you are easily triggered and don’t know why. At other times it may be that family dynamics are tricky, and you find yourself just trying to keep things on an even keel. Whatever is going on, know that you will find warmth and compassion as we work together towards healing in your relationship.

I also gently and empathically help individuals who are navigating the complex emotions of grief and loss. As clients explore their feelings and process their experiences, I offer a tranquil, supportive space in which to move forward.

My desire as a therapist is to walk alongside you with compassion and warmth while personalizing the necessary integration of therapies to bring you hope and healing. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and trauma-informed therapy (EMDR). As well, I am Grief and Loss informed. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with an MDiv in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. Lastly (but not least), I am a cat mom to two sister rescue cats, who keep me in my place!

How it all works

“One of the most valuable things we can do to heal one another, is to listen to each other’s stories”
